HP Laptop Service Center primarily operates from our physical location in Andheri West, Mumbai. However, we do offer limited pickup and delivery services in specific areas.

Local Service Area

We provide free pickup and delivery services within the following areas of Mumbai:

  • Andheri East & West
  • Bandra
  • Juhu
  • Santacruz
  • Vile Parle
  • Goregaon
  • Malad

Extended Service Area

For areas beyond our local service zone, we offer pickup and delivery with additional charges:

  • Rest of Mumbai: ₹200-500 depending on distance
  • Navi Mumbai/Thane: ₹500-800
  • Other cities: Shipping arranged through courier partners (charges vary)

Pickup and Delivery Process

Our streamlined process ensures your device is handled with care throughout its journey.

Device Pickup

  • Schedule pickup through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
  • Our representative will arrive at the scheduled time with proper identification
  • Device condition will be documented with photos and a receipt provided
  • Please back up your data before pickup

Device Delivery

  • Devices are delivered after repair completion and full payment
  • We test the device with you upon delivery to ensure satisfaction
  • Delivery times are scheduled based on mutual convenience
  • Someone must be available to receive the device and sign the delivery receipt

We serve customers across India through our secure shipping process.

Recommended Packaging

To ensure safe transit, please follow these packaging guidelines:

  • Use the original packaging if available
  • Otherwise, use a sturdy cardboard box with adequate padding
  • Wrap the laptop in bubble wrap or foam
  • Include power adapter and any relevant accessories
  • Seal the box securely with packing tape

Return Shipping

  • Repaired devices are shipped back via insured courier
  • Shipping charges are additional and vary by location
  • Tracking information is provided for all shipments
  • Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within India

Shipping Insurance and Liability

We take every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your devices.

Insurance Coverage

  • All shipped devices are insured during transit
  • Insurance covers damage or loss during shipping
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
  • Original packaging must be retained for insurance claims

Liability Limitations

While we take utmost care, our liability is limited to:

  • The cost of repairs performed
  • Replacement value of the device up to current market value
  • We are not liable for data loss during shipping
